What is it?
We know firsthand how hard it can be to keep up healthy habits. Even when you know something is good for you, it's hard to find the time and energy to make those habits stick.
That's why we designed The Power of Practice. This 6-week transformational journey is carefully crafted to help you commit to your own wellbeing, as well as to deepen (or start!) your yoga practice.
We all recognize that our daily habits make the biggest difference in our personal evolution. Let's make a commitment to the practices that uplift us, so that we can be a more uplifting force in the world in around us.
How does it work?
It's easy! First, sign up by dropping your email address into the box above.
We recommend the buddy system to keep you motivated. Grab a friend to dive in with you!
Once you sign up, you'll receive motivational emails to encourage you to stay on track with your personal goals.
We recommend that you take three asana (movement) classes and two meditation classes per week at our studio, as well as to supplement with your own personal wellness practices -- but you can customize the program to work for you. We offer in person, virtual, and park classes!
