From Friday at 6pm, to Sunday at 4pm. Attendees are expected to arrive at 5pm on Friday.

What is the cost of the retreat?
The retreat is donation based. Once you have completed the retreat, you may offer whatever is comfortable and sustainable. The studio will forward (after cost) any excess money to Swamiji as an offering of love for his continuing journey.

Will this be a silent retreat?
With exception to the Friday night introductions and sharing, silence will be observed from Satsang on Friday until 10AM on Sunday morning.

General Rules
Silence is to be maintained during the silent portion of retreat, except for chanting and discussion with the teacher.

If anyone does not feel well or needs to discuss anything, they should let let the course manager know.
All communications gear (phones, computers, etc) are to be deposited with the course manager.

Participants should also provide the course manager’s information to their emergency contacts. The course manager will check for any emergency contacts regularly.

Will attendees stay overnight and where?
The retreat spans from Friday to Sunday.

Will people stay overnight? The retreat spans from Friday to Sunday. There are three options for sleeping that we offer

1. Stay at your own place. This option is great for obvious reasons, however we ask that you check to see if you can make the entire schedule with this option and that while at home you maintain the container of silence of speech and mind. That is no TV, Cell phones Internet etc.

2. Stay at the studio. This option is the most convenient in that you can stay at the studio. You can bring an air mattress or if you are ok with sleeping on a yoga mat we can provide you one. There will be no showering facilities at the studio for the duration of the retreat.

3. Camping Option. We have a plot of land available to camp on that is a 15 min walk from the studio. It is on Tupelo and St Claude. There are no facilities there other than camping. We also ask that you keep your valuable in your car and dont leave them in the tent during the retreat. This is a great option for those who want to go deeper and stay close by or are coming from out of town and are on a limited budget.

Will food be included?
Simple vegan gluten-free food will be included. We will provide three meals a day with some fruits and snacks. If you have special needs beyond this, please let us know and we will try and accommodate you.
